The Personal Awareness and Leadership seminar (PALs) is a 3-day experiential seminar that seeks to empower the particiants to take responsibility for their lives. It is not the typical seminar, it uses a combination of lectures (30%), exercises (40%) and shares (30%). It is highly entertaining and life enhancing.


The facilitator is Severino P. Reyes III. He is a direct descendant of Severino Reyes who is knwn as the Father of Philippine Zarsuelas and aka as Lola Basyang. He is an entertaining speaker who teaches with stories woven with humor and real life examples and applications.
