Six barangay clusters danced to the official Hinugyaw beat wearing Malay inspired costumes made of Capiz shells and indigenous materials. “Hinugyaw� is a local dialect that means to rejoice. The Hinigaranons celebrate this one-week annual town fiesta in thanksgiving for all the graces the town and its people have received.
