Tinolang Buko is locally common among natives. It is believe that its sweet and soury taste is good for lactating mothers. It is mixed with dulaw, a green shrub with a minty smell, along with lemon grass also known as tanglad. Its soury taste is from the calamansi juice that is mixed with it.
