Exotic foods are common to rural areas like this "American frog" at Barangay Catmon in the town of Silgo in the province of Southern Leyte. The sweet and smooth texture of the dish soothes everyone's tastebuds. The frog tastes just like chicken and it was worth the friendly price. This is a perfect complement with buwad (dried fish), ampalaya and hot coffee.
