Ibos is made of steamed glutinous rice, which can be found in Iloilo and Bacolod area. This ibos is being wrapped using the young leaves of a coconut. The leaf is twined and shape like a long tube with strip of coconut leaf to tied lengthwise, that would serve as a handle or string. This food is absolutly found during the all saints day and always prepared in the province area. Ibos i very common in Iloilo city, and its very deliscious specially when you eat this when its already cold. Usually people it eat this during morning as there breakfast with a combination of sugar and coffee.
