Ingredients:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 can (14 ounces) condensed milk
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp peanuts, chopped (optional)
sugar
Cooking procedure:
-Place butter in saucepan and allow to melt
-Add the condensed milk and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes
-Add the egg yolks then stir for another 2 minutes
-Set heat to medium and put in chopped nuts (optional) then continue stirring until the mixture becomes thick.
-Once cooked and in desired consistency, turn off the heat and allow for mixture to cool
-Scoop a spoonful once temperature is tolerable and roll into a ball
-Coat with sugar for the final touch
-Enjoy!
