During our recent trip to Singapore, we met Karla Mendoza, a graduate of the Ateneo and who happens to be the executive chef of Osteria Mozza. a fine dining pizzeria in the famous Marina Bay Sands hotel.
The restaurant is owned by the equally famous Mario Batali also employs ten more Pinoy staff ranging from cooks, servers and receptionists.
