The Amburayan River can be found in the northern part of Luzon, the largest island in the Philippines. It lies between the provinces of La Union and Ilocos Sur.
It's pretty much off the beaten path but for those who take the effort they can find solitude. It can get dry during the summer but during the rainy season the river is a good source of fish for the people living nearby.
