Fuente Osmeña- a center for cultural, social, and political happenings, this rotunda could very well be the soul center of the people of Cebu. Thus a giant chrismas tree measuring 115 ft and is adorned by 3000 light bulbs was swithched on to mark the Pasku sa Sugbo.
Pasko sa sugbo is a yearly month long celebration of the people of Cebu. The Christmas tree, which is made up of native materials, will remain lit up until the grand parade for the Sinulog celebration in January.
